21 The Mint as a Venue
The Trust has retained the large room under the 15th-century arch-braced roof on the second floor as an office and meeting room - BUT
It can also be used for conferences or receptions and is licensed for weddings, with the added bonus of working and/or dining in the oldest inhabited building in Exeter.
21 The Mint can be booked via St Olave's Hotel (01392 217736) who are also able to provide for your catering requirements.
Accommodation
Part of the Mint building is divided into a 3 bedroomed house and a one bedroom flat which are let and fully serviced by St Olave's Hotel for guests wishing to make a longer stay in the city.
